He took the time to answer our questions and made the whole process simple. They showed up when they said they would and did exactly what they said they were going to do, which we really appreciated. The crew did an amazing job and worked quickly while still paying attention to the details. The gutters look great and the cleanup afterward was excellent. After our home sustained significant hail damage, we needed a full roof replacement along with new vinyl siding. Kurtis and Tony guided us through every step of the process — from assessing and explaining the damage, to navigating the insurance claim, completing the repairs, and conducting a thorough final quality check. They even made small adjustments to ensure everything was absolutely perfect.

What truly sets them apart is their commitment even after the job is finished. When a gas vent blew off our roof during high winds, I reached out to Kurtis — and that very afternoon, he and Tony came out to assess the issue and promptly replaced the vent. That level of responsiveness and care is rare.

I’ve since recommended Graber to several friends, all of whom have been extremely pleased with both the experience and the quality of the work. Having worked with other exterior companies — including some well-known names that were difficult to deal with and slow to fix issues — I can confidently say Graber stands above the rest.

I have been very pleased with Graber roofing on more than one occasion. They have done a roof repair for me in the past and were able to get it taken care of quickly. They just recently did a siding repair for me at my new home and were able to identify the issue and get it taken care of. I worked with a man named Kurtis Born recently and he was extremely helpful. He always made himself available and answered all me questions or got me the answers quickly. I will be using Graber roofing again no doubt.
