Drew came to give a quote on repairing my roof in two locations. After looking at the damage and age of the concrete roof (41 years old) he told me that repair could not be properly done and only a patch would be possible. He explained a roof replacement was the best option, but understood my circumstances, so he performed the patch at no charge with no guarantee. Drew seemed to be knowledgeable and easy to work with. I’m sure I will be calling him again! Dennis W.

I worked with Logan for a roof repair that was pretty tricky, and I have nothing but great things to say! He took the time to explain the details of what was going on and was very communicative through the entire process. The entire repair took about two days and the crew who came out did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend Davis Roofing to anyone!

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do Davis Roofing Solutions' roofing jobs take?

Most jobs are completed in a single day; weather is the most common cause of delays.

How does Davis Roofing Solutions assist with insurance claims?

It documents damage, meets adjusters on site and handles claim paperwork. It is a roofing contractor, not an adjuster, and does not interpret policies or decide coverage.

Does Davis Roofing Solutions offer financing?

It has a third-party financing relationship for certain qualifying short-term loans.

What do Davis Roofing Solutions' replacement warranties exclude?

Storm damage is excluded. The labour warranty is also void if another roofing contractor steps onto the roof or props a ladder against the roof or gutters.

What happens during an emergency roof repair?

For an active leak, crews tarp the roof the same day, then return for a permanent repair when weather allows.
