We had a full roof replacement along with a new metal porch roof installed. Five Points’ team addressed a pre-existing structural issue with our home's roof, and the final result is even more attractive than what the original builder had envisioned. The staff was incredibly prompt and friendly throughout the process. The options were excellent, the workmanship was outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. A great company—I have absolutely nothing negative to say.

She made sure that they got everything that they needed in a timely manner and the roofing process once approved went as smooth as possible. We didn't have any holdups. They were there when they said they would be and the job was completed in 2 days just like they told us it would be. We are very happy with Five Points Roofing and the job they did. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or a roof assessment.
Working with five points roofing was a great experience from when we first contacted them to even after they completed our roof. They were very knowledgeable, happy to answer any and all questions, and did a great job. Not only did they do a great job with the roof but they also went the extra mile to check our yard for any nails so that our dog wouldn't injure herself. Five Points replaced our roof after letting us know that our shingles were part of the Tamko recall. Ben Wigdor with Five Points (and friend and neighbor) helped us with the claim to Tamko and we recovered almost the cost of the new roof. He was right on top of everything! Roofers were very considerate of our home, netting everything to keep any debris from damaging our home. They cleaned up any debris in our, and our neighbors yard. They were in and out in one day. I would highly recommend Five Points if you are planning to replace your roof. Call and ask for Ben!
