Upon arrival, Mr. Davis took a quick walk around the 300ft x 20ft structure and came right up to me with a solid list of suggestions for the project. Mr. Davis was in no way trying to upsell me. He was simply educating me on items that would turn a good finished product into a great finishsd product. Without hesitation, i let him take the bull by the horn, and that he did. Within 5 days, my structure was covered. Very clean and efficient job Jimmy Davis.

I am a third time customer and I have always been very happy with Roofer Rx service, friendliness and quality of work. Owner, Mr. Davis have always been very kind and taken care of my homes and fixed any unseen problems after the work was started at a reasonable price. I will definitely use his company again in the future if I need another roof. I also highly recommend anyone who need their roof to be repaired or replaced to call him first for his services.

Lorraine was extremely easy to communicate with, responding to ~30+ emails in a timely and patient manner...and Jimmy and Todd (and larger team!) inspected, reviewed, met with adjusters, and completed the work super quickly! No one looks forward to replacing their roof, but the Roofer Rx guys made it as close to painless as possible. We used them for several significant jobs on an historic property in Downtown Franklin.

Initially, they were brought on to assess and repair storm damage to the main house on the property, but we were so pleased with quality of their work and how quickly and efficiently they got it done, that they were hired to perform a total roof replacement, including repairing a flat roof on the main house, which had been leaking significantly.

We then contracted them for a complete overhaul of the roof on the outbuilding on the property, which was leaking profusely and required some structural renovation, as well as installation of an entirely new rubber membrane flat roof.

They completed their work last year, and it only occurred to me yesterday, during heavy winds and a torrential downpour, that I haven't noticed a single problem with the roof on either building. Sometimes the best indicator of a job well done is that you forget about the problems you had before you called the people who fixed them.

Their communication was excellent, the quality of work is as good as I've ever seen, and they stayed on-time and on-budget on every project.

We've recommended Jimmy and his crew to a number of people, (including family) and will continue to.
