Ray and his team went above and beyond to deliver for us. The crew added extra plywood where our aging roof needed it, cleaned our gutters, fixed downspouts, and even neatly removed an old satellite dish and knotted wiring. Highly recommend 9Hammers! They have been great from the start. Only company I know of who has great customer service. It’s very easy to get a hold of them. Everyone is very friendly. They got the job done within a week of demoing and rebuilding. Everyone has been great. Sales rep was very friendly, gave us many options on the different products. We ran into an issue before the start, but the sales rep and company worked with us to make sure we could get what we wanted. Adam was great as well. Constantly communicated what was going on. Hard to come by that with companies anymore. They were also fairly priced compared to other quotes I received. Love the workmanship warranty as well! Had a small issue, which the owner himself came out to fix the repair. Not often do you see that! Thanks again!

Chuck Sharp is an incredible individual through this whole process on how he guided me dealing with the insurance to the damage warranty timeline of job being completed..
