I would say that circumstance led to not the most desired roof replacement experience. The crew showed up on time the day of the roof shingle replacement but no one ever came to talk to us or introduce themselves from the crew. We found out later that the representative from Mills was sick on that day and did not show up to the job site while their crew was working. I was around the entire day monitoring that all contracted services were being completed. I did figure out who seemed to be incharge of the crew and approached him a couple times to remind them about putting the ice guard under layment around all roof pipes as written into the contract. I also took video and photos of sheets as they were being replaced. The number of sheets I counted and what the crew said did not match each other. They were very efficient in there work and removed the old shingles very quickly and installed some new sheets where there was noticable water damage along the edge of the roof. They however while replacing them dislodged several insulation vents in the attack and never reinstalled them. I called the representatve a few days later to find out if they would come back. He has not gotten back with us in a response to see if they would fix the issue their crew had done. They did however come out when I called about damage to window screens and took those and put new screen material and brought those back but I had not given them their check yet at that point. They did give the best price and I was referred by other satisfied customers but I would say our experience has not been as good. I would say overall the work was okay but I am glad I was around to monitor or things would not have gotten done I am sure of that. I have given their name to some of my neighbors as all our houses were built around the same time and are looking for roofers to do their houses. I am however warning them of what happened in our experience. I hope if they use Mills that they have a more favorable experience.

Mills Roofing provided a very reasonable estimate, (received 5 other estimates with one almost 40 K higher than Mills).
They were quick to respond to all my questions and installation was completed in the time frame given. The crew cleaned up and left the property the same way prior to the work.

Highly recommend Mills Roofing for roof repair or replacement! They came out, got on the roof to evaluate the condition of the shingles and skylights, and provided a detailed quote just a couple hours later. Their pricing was very reasonable and Caleb communicated with me regularly to update me on scheduling and progress. The skylights seemed like the hardest part but they look fantastic and I couldn't be happier. 10/10 on service, communication, pricing and dependability.

Mills Roofing is a family run local roofing company in business since 1976. Mills Roofing did an excellent job on our roof install. We are very pleased with the results. Josiah came out to provide an estimate and explained every aspect of what was to be done in detail. He was very knowledgeable and super helpful. The price was very competitive and better than most other estimates we received. Ryan and his crew did an awesome job. The quality of the work was excellent! Omar, the crew lead was on top of every aspect of the install making sure that everything was done properly and to inspect and repair any hidden problems when they removed the old roof. Caleb , the owner and Josiah came out when done to inspect the work to ensure it was done to their standards before finalizing the project. They were very friendly and helpful. We definitely would recommend them to anyone else who needs Roofing work done!

Our shed roof needed replacing. We contacted Mills Roofing. The gentleman came out right away and took a look at it and provided an estimate. We decided to let them do the job and so happy we did. They were on time and did an absolutely amazing job. You can see from the attached photo the perfect job they did. The gentleman also made sure everything was cleaned up when they were finished. This is our second time using Mill’s Roofing. We recently had a new roof put on our home by them. They did an amazing job. Caleb always answered any questions I had even when he was off from work.
