Alberto was very professional during the whole process. This was our first time with a roof leak, he came to assess the property, and gave us a fair estimate of the damages, work needed, and wasn't trying to sell more work than needed. Honest estimate and understanding. Our roof needed broken tiles replaced and the valley cleaned out. He replaced ten more tiles than planned and changed the underlayment for one area of the roof without extra charge. I cannot thank him enough for the excellent work and considerations during this process. I highly recommend him if you want a honest man who will give you the work needed for your roof and ensure your roof gets fixed before he leaves. Never trying to sell or have you do anything extra. A&C Pro Roofing are really pros. Alberto gave me a quote within a day of my request and was the only bidder out of five who included everything: permits, inspections, materials, labor, and cleanup. He was also the only one who caught that I needed new underlayment. He followed up regularly, was able to start the job within two days after I gave the go ahead, and finished it in a very timely manner. My yard was left immaculate. I highly recommend A&C Pro Roofing.
I contacted A&C pro roofing on short notice,Alberto answered the phone promptly and said he was on another estimate in Mariposa but would double back to my area to give me an estimate once he was done. I was quite a ways out of his way, but he showed up when he promised at a prompt time. Gave me a very fair estimate for some repairs. He fit me into his schedule and showed up after another job on Saturday afternoon. He did top notch repair work and inspection. Decided to use him for another short project showed up the following day and completed it and it looks like it's brand new. He found issues with some of my Eaves and reported it to me which I greatly appreciate it. Alberto said when I got it repaired he would come back out for free to make sure everything was anchored down properly. Word of advice for anybody looking for top quality roof repair. Do not pass up A&C Pro Roofing I will definitely be using them again in the future.
I had a very good experience -- after a couple of bad experiences -- working with Alberto. The best thing about Alberto was that he was completely transparent through the whole process: he showed me pictures of what he saw, and he explained exactly what he would do. Then he sent me pics of the process and the completed project. He was also quick to give me an estimate and quick to do the repairs (within a few days for all of it). And he gave me a fair price. I will definitely use his services again.
