We had been dealing with the insurance company on a hail claim for over a year and a half with other roofers with no positive results. Ben said he knew how to deal with insurance companies, and boy was he right! We were able to get our roof replaced, instead of repaired, gutters replaced, gable vents replaced, a window replaced and a new garage door. The quality of workmanship is stellar and all jobs were done professionally, on time and in budget. This is definitely the company to call for roofing issues. I also understand they are going to add putting up Christmas lights to their services! Great job guys!!

I called Impression roofing out to my home in Dallas for a quote on a roof repair. I also called two other companies. Impression Roofing was timely, fast, accurate and very very professional. They explained the whole job to me and even had drone videos to show me the roof. I have owned 8 homes in different parts of the country and this was bar far the best experience I have ever had with a roofing company. I highly recommend!!!

Samuel and Impression Roofing did an awesome job on my hail damage insurance claim. They found hail damage where I never thought to look but thankfully they did. Everything got covered by my insurance claim eventually. Almost certainly it wouldn’t have without Samuel’s help and advice. These are good honest people. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Impression Roofing! After our home was damaged in a hailstorm, I was dreading the insurance process, but Michael Cucovatz and his team made everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, their professionalism and expertise were evident at every step. Michael took the time to thoroughly explain the damage, walked me through the entire process, and even met with our insurance adjuster to ensure we received fair coverage for all repairs needed.

The installation crew was absolutely phenomenal - they arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated our property with the utmost care. They carefully protected all our landscaping, covered our windows, and used tarps to catch every piece of debris. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and the pride they took in their work. The new roof looks absolutely beautiful and they completed the entire job in just one day, with gutters finished the following day. Even after completion, they returned a few days later to do a final inspection and ensure no nails or debris were left behind.

Impression Roofing has earned a customer for life! Their combination of technical expertise, honest communication and exceptional customer service sets them apart from other contractors.
