Tread lightly if you need work warrantied. The owner initially seemed interested in helping but then when there was no one to blame, completely ghosted us and will not reply. If I could give a 0 star, I would. Might want to check out the BBB reviews too before deciding who to put your trust in.
We had been dealing with the insurance company on a hail claim for over a year and a half with other roofers with no positive results. Ben said he knew how to deal with insurance companies, and boy was he right! We were able to get our roof replaced, instead of repaired, gutters replaced, gable vents replaced, a window replaced and a new garage door. The quality of workmanship is stellar and all jobs were done professionally, on time and in budget. This is definitely the company to call for roofing issues. I also understand they are going to add putting up Christmas lights to their services! Great job guys!!
I called Impression roofing out to my home in Dallas for a quote on a roof repair. I also called two other companies. Impression Roofing was timely, fast, accurate and very very professional. They explained the whole job to me and even had drone videos to show me the roof. I have owned 8 homes in different parts of the country and this was bar far the best experience I have ever had with a roofing company. I highly recommend!!!
