I had someone knock on my door yesterday, saying they were "working on a neighbor's roof" and wanted permission to do a drove inspection. I gave my consent and this morning, was told I needed a complete roof. Something didn't feel right. I contacted Joel at Trinity Roofing to get a second opinion. Joel was there in a matter of hours. He called to let me know that my roof wasn't perfect, but in no way did I need a new roof. Honesty and transparency are so rare these days. I so appreciated him not trying to take advantage. I highly recommend!
Had a great experience working with David at trinity. To be honest the entire staff was very professional and courteous. We even had some issues with some of the contractors used as there was some accidental damage done with some of our plumbing in the process of repairs and they offered to make payment to cover the charges to fix the dispute. Hard to explain the appreciation I have working with such a professional and understanding set of folks. I have nothing but good things to say with these folks as they walked me through all the processes with the insurance claims and what to expect the entire time throughout as there was some hold up with my insurance provider too. As a first time home owner - that was also very much appreciated to hold my hand and walk me through the process ensuring I felt comfortable with everything step by step.
