March 3, 2026:
This is an update to my previous review in December, 2025.
Because True Force did such an outstanding job on my Hawthorne property, we hired them to do a second Roofing job on our Gainesville property.
They began On March 2nd and completed the job today March 3, 2026. The crew did an outstanding job even my neighbors were talking about how fast they put the roof up how clean they were and how consistent they stayed committed to the job.
But it all started with the Customer Service.
Bianca - called to let me know that the permits were pulled to start my new roofing job.
Chris- sent me several emails, informing me of the start date.
I received a call from Alex. Also letting me know my start date for my new project.
Then Jose text me daily updates once the project began. He kept me informed every step of the way. Which I really appreciated. I met with him today to do the final walk-through. He was very professional and very personable. He even went over and beyond and blew the gutter out for me which I know wasn’t part of the job, but he did it with pleasure. I asked him if he knew Alex, who was the project leader on my last Roofing job and he and said yes, that he was training him and I told him what he is learning from the best because Alex did an outstanding job for me on my last job. Thank you again.
Of course it all started with Austin. He was my first contact with True Force Roofing. He did such an outstanding presentation that I went ahead and decided to go with the True Force Roofing on the spot and after that job was done. We were so pleased with your services that we decided to do my second house with True Force Roofing and I am not disappointed in the least.
I can’t see enough about the Customer Service, which is The absolute best that I’ve encountered ever. Thank you all. I couldn’t have picked a better Roofing company. You were absolutely amazing from beginning to the end. The price included both job.
December, 2025:
I have nothing but absolutely wonderful things to say about True Force Roofing company. I met with Austin. He went over everything with me and I was sold at that moment . He was very positive, professional and personable. He went over and beyond The call of duty to make sure I understood what the process was and all of the steps.
I made my choice the day I spoke with him because I was looking at another roofing companies.
I also wanna mention that the staff at True Force, Bianca and Chris kept me in the loop of every step of the way.
Once the job started Axel, the superintendent was in touch with me every step of the way with what was going on, I never had to wonder. The crew came in on Tuesday, December 2 and finished it off in 2 days on December 4 they did an amazing job. I would highly recommend true force to all of my friends and family.
Once the roof was completed, actually the entire time the yard was clean and left just the way they found it.
My neighbors even commented on the workers. How hard they worked and how focused they were the entire and the amazing job with the cleanup, and that said a lot about the roofing company.
