A small roof leak development in my 15 yr roofI made one call to Big D and I immediately was put on the schedule for a new roof.The 8 person crew that came to my home was efficient, professional, and extremely hard working. At the end of each day all debris was collected and put in the trailer. They were very respectful and quiet , if that is possible , while putting on a new roof.Experience is crucial In this type of project and Big D did not disappoint.It was a pleasure to work with everyone. I was referred to Big D Roofing from a member of my church. I’ve been cautious of contractors due to some issues I’ve had in the past. They worked around my busy work schedule to come out and give me a bid. I got a honest appraisal, even came in a bit under the adjusters report. I have a small home and they were finished with job in a day. What made me really feel comfortable with Big D was they are local to DFW, not storm chasing contractors, so if I ever need to call them for warranty work which is 2 years I know they will be here. Based on the banks inspection though I don’t think that will ever happen. If you are looking for honest, professional, & quality work give Big D Roofing a call first.
