I contacted them for an urgent repair on my leaking chimney, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience.From the very beginning, I was impressed by their responsiveness. They understood the urgency of the leak and scheduled the repairs very quickly. Throughout the process they took the time to identify the source of the problem, worked with me to determine the repairs needed, and kept me informed of next steps. They were even able to colour-match the new shingles for the repair to my existing ones. The team demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process.
