We recently had a terrific experience with Ark Roofer for a full roof replacement. Many people beleive that if insurance is paying a significant portion of the cost then the service itself is close to the same between companies. That mentality was proven false time and time again by Ark. Our sales agent, Jeff, as others have reviewed, defines "integrity". He started looking at our roof years before it was replaced and maintained a relationship of check-ins and small repairs until such time that we met the honest and appropriate criteria for submitting a claim. Once we started the claim, and the rest of the company's resources became involved, the process was supremely smooth with great communication and unmatched support in strategic desisons, both structural and financial. Finally, at the time of the work being done, we were not just handed off to a separate crew of new faces. Jeff and the Ark Management team stayed involved, made several appearances on site, and followed up until every detail was complete to our satisfaction. The last thing to say about using Ark, you will not just end up with what insurance calls "like for like" replacement. Pete was super communicative and sensitive to our needs based on some timelines we got from our insurance company for getting our soffit repaired. He got the job done and was flexible to ensure we got it done well before our deadline. There is another part of the job that requires discussion with a separate team that handles warranties but he's been great at passing along the necessary info and made sure we knew we could reach out if we hadn't heard back.
