Netzel Roofing & Construction LLC

Netzel Roofing was recommended to me by a friend after I sustained roof damage from a wind storm. My home is in Killeen so when I looked the business up and saw the location I thought I would be out of luck but boy was I wrong. When I called Matt answered and told me he could come inspect my home the next day if I wanted him to. I said yes and the rest is history. He came, conducted the inspection, and patiently walked me through the process. Crystal was awesome as well. Everyone was extremely professional. Matt also dealt with the insurance company on behave. I was so relieved not to have to negotiate things for myself. Thank you Matt and keep doing what you do!!!

I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with Netzel Roofing. From the very first call, their team was professional, friendly, and quick to respond. They took the time to explain the process in detail, gave me a clear and fair estimate, and delivered exactly what they promised. The crew showed up on time each day, worked efficiently, and kept the job site clean. Not only does my new roof look fantastic, but I also feel confident knowing it was installed with quality materials and expert craftsmanship. What stood out most was their attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, even following up afterward to check that I was completely happy with the results. I highly recommend Netzel Roofing to anyone needing roofing repairs or a full replacement. They truly made the process stress-free and gave me peace of mind knowing my home is protected.

We recently had damage done to our roof and reached out to Richard McCoy from NetZel Roofing. We could not have made a better decision. There are a lot of roofing companies to choose from. But I am convinced, NetZel is the only one if you want the job done right. From the first day I called, Rich came over and patched the damage as there was rain in the forecast. He then completed a detailed roof inspection. All at no charge! Rich made sure he was there when the insurance adjuster came out so that they did not miss anything. Once the claims adjuster had completed his report, Rich continued to assist us through the process. The roof was installed the other day. Not only was it quick, the completed job was amazing! And they cleaned up so well, if you Did not see they were there, you would never know a new roof had been installed. I have dealt with many contractors over the years. This was the best experience I have ever had. If you need a new roof, don’t hesitate. Call Richard McCoy from NetZel Roofing. You won’t regret it!

Netzel Roofing was the first and will be my only roofing company I will ever work with. They did my home in Killeen that I sold it was a great experience, which made me go with them the 2nd time, and just like the first house I was not let down. Matt was the absolute best, Crystal was awesome. Everyone was professional and the company as a whole was the best. They fought the insurance company for us, which took off the pressure, and made this whole experience a good one. Thank you Matt, and I hope I don't have to call you anytime soon, but if I do knowing that Nerzel will be there for me makes is ok. I would recommend this company over and over Netzel Roofing, why choose someone else.

Matt Netzel and his crew are amazing! I very apprehensive to get my roof replaced. I have had several contractors come by leave cards and fliers and none of them had the professionalism that I got from Matt. I was upfront about my concerns with insurance matters and work completion and he was upfront and professional. The office staff is amazing,Crystal has handled everything with my insurance and went to bat when they tried to throw some.curve balls and knocked em out of the park. I can't recommend Netzel roofing enough. They provided the kind of service that you just don't see that often any more. This crew is amazing and care about their customers. They have made a life long customer out of me. Thank you Matt and Crystal for being awesome.
