Netzel Roofing was recommended to me by a friend after I sustained roof damage from a wind storm. My home is in Killeen so when I looked the business up and saw the location I thought I would be out of luck but boy was I wrong. When I called Matt answered and told me he could come inspect my home the next day if I wanted him to. I said yes and the rest is history. He came, conducted the inspection, and patiently walked me through the process. Crystal was awesome as well. Everyone was extremely professional. Matt also dealt with the insurance company on behave. Netzel Roofing was the first and will be my only roofing company I will ever work with. They did my home in Killeen that I sold it was a great experience, which made me go with them the 2nd time, and just like the first house I was not let down. Matt Netzel and his crew are amazing!I very apprehensive to get my roof replaced. I have had several contractors come by leave cards and fliers and none of them had the professionalism that I got from Matt. I was upfront about my concerns with insurance matters and work completion and he was upfront and professional. The office staff is amazing,Crystal has handled everything with my insurance and went to bat when they tried to throw some.curve balls and knocked em out of the park. I can't recommend Netzel roofing enough. They provided the kind of service that you just don't see that often any more. This crew is amazing and care about their customers.
