I’m not usually one who jumps online to write reviews, but in this case it would’ve felt wrong not to. Canyon State Roofing was outstanding from start to finish. Jim handled the initial consultation, and honestly, he set the tone for the entire experience. He walked me through everything clearly, answered all of my questions (and I had plenty), and broke things down in a way that actually made sense. No sales pitch. No fluff. Just straight, honest information so I could make an informed decision.
Miguel, the job superintendent, was just as impressive. Professional, courteous, and thorough. He made sure I understood what was happening at every stage and kept things moving smoothly. You can tell when someone takes pride in their work, and he absolutely does.
The crew was equally solid. They were respectful, worked hard, and cleaned up at the end of every single day. Not halfway. Not “good enough.” Thoroughly! They were awesome.
I’ll be honest: I don’t typically have glowing things to say about contractors. But I genuinely can’t find a single negative thing to mention here. My roof looks phenomenal and I feel confident I will not have any issues in the future. Canyon State Roofing did exactly what they said they would do, and they did it well.
