I’m not usually one who jumps online to write reviews, but in this case it would’ve felt wrong not to. Canyon State Roofing was outstanding from start to finish. Jim handled the initial consultation, and honestly, he set the tone for the entire experience. He walked me through everything clearly, answered all of my questions (and I had plenty), and broke things down in a way that actually made sense. No sales pitch. No fluff. Just straight, honest information so I could make an informed decision.
Miguel, the job superintendent, was just as impressive. Professional, courteous, and thorough. He made sure I understood what was happening at every stage and kept things moving smoothly. You can tell when someone takes pride in their work, and he absolutely does.
The crew was equally solid. They were respectful, worked hard, and cleaned up at the end of every single day. Not halfway. Not “good enough.” Thoroughly! They were awesome.
I’ll be honest: I don’t typically have glowing things to say about contractors. But I genuinely can’t find a single negative thing to mention here. My roof looks phenomenal and I feel confident I will not have any issues in the future. Canyon State Roofing did exactly what they said they would do, and they did it well. Canyon State Roofing did a great job on reroofing my home. The quote process was easy with reasonable pricing. I was provided with different roof options with different warranties which were clearly explained. Communication with the project manager during the project was very good and professional. The project started as promised and the roofers were on time and very professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day of work. I would highly recommend Canyon State for any roofing project.

We were very pleased with Canyon State Roofing. Robyn was always very friendly and quick to respond to questions and concerns. Jim did a thorough inspection and was very knowledgeable and honest when presenting options for repair or replacement. We ended up choosing to replace our roof. While the estimate was not the lowest one we received, the price was definitely fair for the level of quality provided. Jim was able to get our project moved up on the schedule, so we were able to get the work done sooner than expected. The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently to get our roof done quickly. We are very pleased with our new roof and would recommend Canyon State Roofing.

We had an active leak in our kitchen and a friend referred us to Canyon State Roofing. The house is 30 years old and it was time for a new roof. Miguel and his crew did a wonderful job. They started the project a couple of days early and worked quickly and efficiently. The work area was cleaned up each day including running magnets to get the nails up. They did such a great job. It was hard to find similar tile but they got pretty close and the new tiles were hidden at the back of the house. The new valleys will really help direct the water away from the house foundation. Much more efficient and the roof looks great. We had a double layer of underlayment put down to help protect the roof! Thanks Jim, Miguel and crew for all your hard work. I would totally recommend this great business if you need a new roof! ??
