Monsoon Roofing recently installed new underlayment and did maintenance repairs on our original builder roof that was over 30 years old. Our roof is large and more complex than many homes in the area in that it has additions for both additional living space and a built on shed with matching roofing, plus two patios.I was only interested in having the job done by a company that provided top quality and didn't cut corners. I had 3 quotes done on the job prior to starting. Monsoon Roofing and Melvin Monzon the owner met those requirements and met my expectations. Melvin took time to show me some other roofs in the neighborhood where other roofers had cut corners, things I would not have noticed on my own, but could clearly see as he pointed them out to me.Throughout the quoting and work Melvin was in contact with me, checking with me daily on work progress and seeing if I had any questions or concerns. Where there were choices before and during the job Melvin would explain the choices, his recommendations and then involve me in the decision on how to proceed. Excellent communication throughout.I also liked that Monsoon Roofings crews were experienced. The Lead on the job site has been with him for a long time. The Crew cleaned up every day and worked promptly, arriving as promised and finishing on-time even with some weather issues that they had to navigate.In the end I am completely satisfied, if you are looking for a quality roof with people that know how to do it right with a very involved owner that is easy to work with look no further than Monsoon Roofing.
Melvin came out and offered an inspection of my roof, laid out my options without any sales tactics and was able to have his team complete the job a couple weeks later. The attention to detail from Melvin's crew was far better than the original installers, had to repair some wood in some areas and they took care of that as well. Having your roof repaired isn't cheap but it is worth it.
Melvin and his team were fabulous. Did exactly what they quoted and kept the area clean each night before they left and Melvin checked in with me daily to see if I had questions. Communication and quality of work was great and would highly recommend them to family, friends and anyone looking for roofing work. Very competitive, honest and quality work.
Monsoon Roofing did a fantastic job. Our roof never looked better. We have a large house and they still managed to get the job done in a Speedy and efficient manner. Once they started, they didn’t start other projects. They focused on our house until the job was done.Great communication from Melvin. He’s a great guy and wants nothing more than to make sure the work is properly done and customer is happy. His estimate not only outshined other estimates we received, but his product was much better as well . Monsoon Roofing also did a great job on my daughter’s house. This company is absolutely wonderful. What a rare find. Imagine paying someone to do a job and they actually do it. Not only did they do it, they went on and above what I expected. Melvin the owner, was very easy going, friendly and a man of his word. His workers were great too. They showed up every morning, worked hard all day and cleaned up everything before they left. They took pride in their work and it showed. Thank you again Melvin and crew!! We really appreciate the exceptional job!!
