Panda's bid was comparable in price to other companies, but contained more detail and clarity about what the job involved. Kevin took the time to explain our options, how the process would work, and the timeline involved. He communicated clearly throughout the job and was on site every day to make sure things were proceeding well. We wanted to use the best quality materials and make sure the roof would last a long time. Panda went the extra mile to explain all our options, how each option would work, and what they would recommend. Panda's work was excellent and on time. The crew doing the work were delightful and kind. They cleaned up every night, which made the neighbors happy. Our new roof was completed quickly and looks beautiful.
