Ivory and the Prowest team were incredible to work with and surgical in their execution navigating a complex roof replacement with an even more challenging insurance claim. Their advocacy and knowledge reduced the legwork for me and the results speak for themselves (I have some very jealous neighbors!). I didn’t expect to enjoy a roof replacement - the people from Prowest made the experience for me. In a crowded industry with lots of choices, I put Ivory and the Prowest team at the top of the list. Seamless, efficient, easy to communicate with, responsive and high attention to detail. Grateful I found them and will continue to recommend them to anyone I know looking for a new roof.

1000% recommend! Nick helped with every insurance hurdle and made sure to get me what I deserved. Great communication explaining everything about roofing under the sun for me since I knew nothing. I also got photos for every step even though I was not there for the install. When they finished his crew searched through my yard on hands and knees to make sure any nails, debris, or hazards were cleaned up- no asking or requesting that was just how they finish the job which I appreciate since we have young kids. I had numerous companies quote the job but they were the most personable, honest, and the best priced!

I have worked with Taylor James and ProWest on three different projects so far. Each time has been an awesome experience! Taylor is super helpful when meeting with insurance companies and inspectors. He takes a lot of worry away from me because I have no clue what I am talking about with roofs!
Also, the guy is impressively fast at getting requested documents or reports together to keep things moving along rapidly!
It has truly been great to have Taylor as a guide in the process. He takes time to break down and explain the repairs needed, the difference between product types and the cost. I will always recommend Taylor for any roofing needs!
