Communication with State 48 was great. They were very communicative during the quote and lead up to work. The work was done over three days. The cleanup was great with only a few nails and wood pieces found. The price was reasonable for an entire roof replacement.

State 48 came down right away when we had some water damage show up on our ceiling. It was quick and easy to schedule and the inspection was thorough. They got on the roof (no drone) and discovered the builder never installed flashing on the back half of our house. They gave us a detailed report, including a video from the roof, that I was able to use to get the entire section replaced under Arizona’s 8 year implied warranty. I will definitely call them again for any future roofing needs and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a solid, trustworthy roofing company.

James and State 48 were great! Our realtor, Blake, highly recommended them for our roof tile repairs on a home we are selling, and we’re so glad we took his advice. State 48 showed up on time, clearly explained the work they’d be doing, and kept us informed. The team completed the repairs efficiently and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. Great people, excellent service. Highly recommend!
