Communication with State 48 was great. They were very communicative during the quote and lead up to work. The work was done over three days. The cleanup was great with only a few nails and wood pieces found. The price was reasonable for an entire roof replacement.
State 48 came down right away when we had some water damage show up on our ceiling. It was quick and easy to schedule and the inspection was thorough. They got on the roof (no drone) and discovered the builder never installed flashing on the back half of our house. They gave us a detailed report, including a video from the roof, that I was able to use to get the entire section replaced under Arizona’s 8 year implied warranty. I will definitely call them again for any future roofing needs and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a solid, trustworthy roofing company.

Just got my 19yr roof replaced. State48 was very attentive and available the entire time from quote all the way through finishing the final product. TJ Fox was my first contact and remained available through the project. Shannon and Alejandro I also worked with during the project and were also available and kept me aware of any necessary changes with photos. I have never worked with a company that has stayed in contact and checked to make sure that I was happy the whole time. The crew was awesome! 8 man crew. They stayed busy the entire time except for breaks which I am glad they took. I kept an eye on the project through my home security system (just out of curiosity because I could not be on site due to work). The guys were very respectful of my home and property. Cleaned up each day at the end of the day's work. I would highly recommend this company for roofing services. Highly recommend TJ Fox as well, very personable and professional.
