They came out and inspected my roof. Came back with issues- Hail Damage, tiles are end of life, etc… so I said let’s talk to insurance to see what is covered and what is not. I need an estimate .i didn’t hear back from him for 30 days- he said the adjuster was sick.. who then showed up at my home unannounced while I was at work- didn’t make an appt.i let them continue, the next day i get a call from my insurance company saying the number for the roofer is disconnected- we have a claim for you and we need to come inspect with him, but we cannot get ahold of him. I had some wind damage, but the roof is ok and no hail damage.. I called and said where is the estimate- you were not suppose to move forward with out my approval- to top that off, they now are getting 20% of what they get from insurance… { over what you get for doing the job?}.
Nope too many red flags- do not trust this company.

We asked questions and they were quick to respond with answers. We ask for a class 3 shingle and they supplied. We would recommend this company and team to anyone and everyone without hesitation.
