After an extensive selection process, I chose Priority Roofing based on their approach, high-quality materials, and robust warranties (15-year manufacturer and 10-year labor). I conducted deep research—using multiple AI tools and search engines to aggregate reviews—and Priority Roofing consistently ranked high for reputation, professionalism, and responsiveness. Even after interviewing five different contractors, I found Priority’s costs to be highly competitive.

The customer service was exceptional. Adrien (Sales) was incredibly patient over the few months it took me to decide, never pressuring me for an answer. Once the project began, Eddie (Project Manager) was proactive, walking me through the timeline and ensuring the site was cleaned daily. During the final walkthrough, Eddie addressed my single minor request immediately. Priority Roofing didn't just complete the job; they exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

We were VERY happy with the price negotiated with insurance company. Overall the roofing job seems well done. Happy with that. BUT allegedly the Production Manager was the one who ordered 200'+ of brown flashing instead of white that I have to have repainted. The 4'x15' plywood replacement front porch overhang, paid extra for, was promised to have been painted on the downward facing side. It wasn't. The four gables look like victims of a drive by with an Uzi because of all of the staple holes. That will cost extra to repair/conceal before repainting The original job and the replacement done 18yrs ago did not damage the gable soffits.

The behind the scenes work done by them, office staff, inspectors, and appraisers was seamless. Lupe and the crew worked diligently and efficiently to accomplish our roof replacement in one day, in 100+ degree temperatures! There were no major unexpected issues. We are grateful for all of this!
