Adrien provided good service and delivered on his promises. The roofing crew arrived on site at 7:30 am and worked until 4 pm. Job was done in 2 days with minimal inconvenience. Clean up was done daily. I am not qualified to inspect the work but I am relying on Priority's reputation and workmanship warranty.
Priority Roofing Company did an excellent job. Their crew was remarkably professional and efficient, completing the new roof in just a day and a half. I was especially impressed with their daily cleanup—they meticulously picked up all nails and debris. The new roof looks great and came at a reasonable price.
We were VERY happy with the price negotiated with insurance company. Overall the roofing job seems well done. Happy with that. BUT allegedly the Production Manager was the one who ordered 200'+ of brown flashing instead of white that I have to have repainted. The 4'x15' plywood replacement front porch overhang, paid extra for, was promised to have been painted on the downward facing side. It wasn't. The four gables look like victims of a drive by with an Uzi because of all of the staple holes. That will cost extra to repair/conceal before repainting The original job and the replacement done 18yrs ago did not damage the gable soffits.
The level of customer service received by Richard & Paige is of great benefit for the customer, I did experience it! The behind the scenes work done by them, office staff, inspectors, and appraisers was seamless. Lupe and the crew worked diligently and efficiently to accomplish our roof replacement in one day, in 100+ degree temperatures! There were no major unexpected issues. We are grateful for all of this! Thank You ALL again!
