I call him Terrific Tim. I was stuck in a long insurance hassle and he calmed me down and kept moving my job on his schedule. As soon as the insurance claim settled, Tim came out so we could order the materials and start the next week. There was solar removal and replacement and all went well and quickly.
Tim and his team did an amazing job replacing the underlayment for our tile roof. We met Tim through a friend who referred him and he instantly gained my trust when he noticed my roof wasn’t connected to my gutters — and he was the 3rd roofer I had interviewed and no one else had caught this!He also uses a superior product with a 40 year warranty compared with the others offering a 10-30 year warranty.We also got the low-e reflective barrier he suggested and we have immediately seen the efficiency on our 2-story home. We set the temperature at 80 degrees and it hasn’t gotten higher than 78 after the installation! We’ll see how it does next summer, but so far we’re impressed and our friend also got it done and she’s been keeping her temperature lower than before because it just holds the temperature without her paying more in her utility bill — we are so excited!It rained the same night they finished up the roof and Tim came out the next morning and walked the interior to confirm there weren’t any leaks, and everything was in great shape!I was very impressed with the professionalism, the communication, the workmanship, the cleanup, the warranty, and just everything. The others I interviewed seemed to be offering less for more, so it’s a no-brainer, go with Tim and the United Legends team, I highly recommend them!
