I am 45 years old and NEVER in my adult life had I had an experience like this with any company. Hugo was responsive, very thurough and delivered a superior level of customer service that I believed until today no longer existed. I made several attempts to contact various roofing companies with no answer to inquire about an emergency tarp placement after a huge leak was discovered. With forecast of more rain to come I was very concerned about further damage. I contacted 3R Roofing and got immediate response. Hugo gathered information needed and provided me with a quote and ETA almost immediately. He came out and discovered even more damage than originally discussed. Sent me pictures and communicated through every step. They stayed until the job was finished and sent me final video of the work from my roof. Such a pleasant experience, I am grateful that people who care and take pride in their work still exist. I will definitely work with them again and refer anyone I know!

After a heavy rainfall I had a leak coming from the ceiling. I called several roofers but nobody could come out for a few days. I came across 3-R Roofing and they answered right away and Hugo was at my house 20 minutes later.

He inspected the roof and said it was in great shape (its only 5 years old. I would have been shocked to hear otherwise). Some vents were missing caulking and that was causing the leak. He said it was a quick fix and did it for no charge. I offered to pay a minimum hour labor charge and he insisted on doing it free of charge. He showed me videos and pictures of the roof, the issue and the repair. Explained everything in great detail.

Also, I was under the impression my patio roof needed replacing so I asked him to provide me a quote for that. He provided me a very fair price but told me I could get another 4 to 5 years out of it before replacing. Also showed me a simple flashing repair.

Go with these guys. I've worked with a lot of contractors and this is a company you want working on your house.

Found Hugo from 3-R roofing online after finding a leak in our ceiling the night before. Gave him a call and got a quick response. He came by the same day at the time that was convenient for me. He checked out the attic and went on the roof to assess the damage. He is very thorough he took lots of pictures and was very knowledgeable. I have lived in the same home for 23 years. I had a skylight in my bathroom that continuously leaked after my first roof replacement. Hugo was the FIRST roofer/inspector to explain that it will always leak do to the fact I don't have the proper pitch for water to drain off. He suggested as others have to close/cancel out the skylight. Being he was very knowledgeable and his explanation, I trusted him to do the work. Not only did I need the skylight removed and closed off, I needed an entire roof replacement. When I first contacted Hugo he responded immediately. Hugo quoted me so much less than another company I planned to use, which was very satisfying for my pocket. I waited a few weeks to comment on workmanship until we had some significant wind and rain. Hugo and his team did such an outstanding job on my entire roof and clean-up after that I highly recommend anyone needing any type of roofing done to hire him and his crew.
