Rafael came over to do an inspection. The experience i had with him was phenomenal. No BS about what was doing on, didn't try to charge me anything unnecessarily, explained how the whole process works as well as what to do for insurance if we go through them. We may not end up needing any major repairs but will see based on the touch up be did to the flashing of the skylight.That being said I had a different company come out yesterday who just wanted to charge$450 for a water test because they didn't see an immediate obvious problem.Rafael took dozens of pictures and walked me through what he saw and went above and beyond. Exceptional service and when I do eventuallyneed to do a full roof replacement as mine is getting older, he earned my business.
