Roger took the time to initially learn about the scope of what we wanted to walking around our home with us, to sitting down with us in our home to look at what their company could do for us. There was nothing pushy during the entire process, and Roger took the time to answer all our questions. Roger left us well informed and it was obvious to us what firm we were going to utilize. Our project, with the products we chose fell into a cost that we felt was an honest cost compared to what we had received from the hard sell companies we contacted prior. Additionally Roger stayed in contact with us throughout our entire project.Material delivery was wonderful and the crew lead, Andrew, was surprised and delighted we had the delivery placed in our garage. The communication with our assigned crew was great! Additionally, Andrew checked in with us daily on their progress. The area supervisor over the project also stopped on site and made contact with us and said if we had any concerns to contact anyone with Performance Roofing and Siding and it would be addressed immediately.The team from start to finish was wonderful and we love our finished siding project for our home.
