Cut the satellite cables, didn't put the spec'd underlayment down correctly, constant fight with the installer. They did eventually send a manager back to fix it. Gave me a guarantee it would be good. that was last year. less than a year later they don't carry this brand of shingle.
I am extremely pleased with the work that was done on my roof. The guy I think (Wally) Was excellent. He went over and above and was quick and efficient. Highly recommended !
I received a voicemail last week that my job would be further delayed 4-6 weeks, after waiting the initial 4-6 weeks and another 2, give or take. I called back for clarification and didn’t exactly receive that, as whomever I was talking to did not know the answers to my questions. I was informed an Evan would return my call and of course this has not happened. While I do understand delays can happen, this time frame is unacceptable. Furthermore, lack of follow up from your company is unacceptable as well. I did my “homework” to the best of my ability; your company did come recommended and the reason why I chose to go with you, and now I feel taken advantage of and insignificant as a customer in your company’s eyes. “Way to go”, making a single woman feel this way. I find it very hard in this city to be able to rely on reputable businesses who will not take me for a ride. Go ahead and cancel my job officially, as I’m somewhat certain your company would never have gotten to it anyway. And “thanks so very much” for wasting my time.Shameful!
