I am selling a home. The buyer’s realtor, Erin Brady, hired Faithful Roofing and Contracting to inspect the roof. Faithful Roofing stated there was extensive hail damage and that the roof needed to be fully replaced.Based on this report, I submitted an insurance claim assuming the inspection was accurate. I also agreed, per Erin Brady's insistence, that Faithful Roofing and Contracting can perform the roof replacement.The insurance company inspected the roof and found no hail damage and determined the roof did not need to be replaced.Because this was the opinion of the insurance company, two additional independent roofing companies inspected the roof. Both independently confirmed there was no hail damage and that the roof does not require replacement.Faithful Roofing also provided a replacement quote that was approximately 40% higher than quotes from the other roofers, which were obtained for comparison purposes.This is fraud, plain and simple. This has created unnecessary complications for all parties involved. This is operating in bad faith and is not ok.

I am very impressed with this company...and I want to give a shout out to TJ Chavez in particular! We had hail damage on our roof home and property. We just had the roof replaced and I am very impressed. Great job, but the clean up was phenomenal. I have never seen a company do such a fantastic job.I am very pleased with everyone I have worked with at Faithful Roofing and Restoration, but TJ has been very helpful, professional and treats his customers like family. They are truly talented and take the time to explain every step. I am sure the rest of the work will be just as wonderful.
