I reached out to them requesting proof of a Class 4 shingle on behalf of my client and they got back to us within a couple hours with the documentation we requested. I was very impressed by this. Andy was quick to get out to the property for an assessment, and had a quote back to me that same day. Sherry, who works in the office, was absolutely lovely to work with. After submitting a request for inspection/quote on their website, they contacted me the same day to confirm my address and schedule the inspection.Andy Slaughter arrived on time, was courteous and professional. After doing the inspection, he discussed the roofing options, handed me the appropriate brochures and committed to sending me estimates. He had those to me later that same day.Andy was more than willing to answer my questions and make suggestions.We decided on the roofing options and he was able to schedule the installation within a week. He originally estimated a day-and-a-half, given the steepness of my roof.Even though they started later in the morning (watching to see if a storm was coming in), they were able to complete the job in one day.Gregg Slaughter returned the next morning to double-check the work and pick up the extra supplies. He also was easy to talk to and able to answer my questions.I would definitely recommend this family-owned business.
