Prestige Roofing did a great job installing my new roof. They were efficient and did the job very quickly. They are a local company and I like the fact they are veteran owners. They finished the roofing in half a day in 15 degree weather. Cleanup was also done quickly. I am looking forward to them putting on the eaves this Friday. Highly recommend!!! I will update this because I am someone who is a man of his word. Jorge the owner contacted me and we had a great conversation. This is not indicative of their work. The reason I chose Prestige is for their previous work that I had seen. He took accountability for the issues that I had.**Had to go into my attic recently, I found that the workers through scrap pieces inside and damaged my insulation. IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY HAVE A THIRD PARTY INSPECTOR CHECK THEIR WORK! This is unacceptable for a company that calls itself "A Veteran Owned" company. That carries a standard that was not met in any way for this project. For the money I spent on the roof I have had to spend just as much to fix their mistakes.I hired Prestige based on their previous jobs. Everything I was shown and found was great. Only negative review was for a Facebook ad. My review is going to be honest and will have the pictures to go along with it. First and foremost the project manager left long before the job was complete. He also did not return to inspect the work done by the crew. This resulted in a lot of stuff not being done properly. Such as nails blowing through, damage to siding, no drip edge installed where it is required, and a bulge from an improperly patched hole in the decking. I brought up the issues and had the owner Jorge come out with a couple guys to fix the stuff that shouldn't have been an issue. Jorge was more worried about his businesses name being tarnished. He can deny this but that tells me they know the level of work was subpar. This isn't tarnishing your name, this is an honest review of the work that was done. The second time around all the issues were still not fixed. It took me days to get a call back. Yet there were still issues. I am happy now that my roof is fixed(after a fourth visit from another company). I gave them a couple chances and I feel like a fool. I paid $5k for the roof and it costed another couple grand of loss by having to be home and missing out on my own money making opportunities. Not to mention hiring another person to do the job right. They damaged J channel and merely put it back on and acted as if that was satisfactory. You are a Veteran(OIF/OEF Veteran myself) owned company and you have that listed all over your business. That comes with an expectation of quality and a crew who will take pride in their work. I did not see that displayed with this company and I cannot in good faith recommend this company or leave a good review.
Prestige Roofing did an outstanding job from start to finish! Tony was quick to respond and provided me with a great quote right away. Brittney kept me informed every step of the way and explained the process clearly, which made everything stress-free. The crew did an AMAZING job—the roof looks fantastic, and they left the property spotless with no mess behind. Their response time, communication, and quality of work were all top-notch.
