Dowle & Sons Roofing

We just reached out to Dowle & Sons for help with ice damming on our roof, and it was a fantastic experience. They were so quick to communicate with us and tackle our problem. Christian did an excellent job removing heaps of snow from our roof and diligently removing the ice dam. He also was incredibly kind with his time, explaining the root causes of our issue and a number of steps we can take to prevent this same issue in the future. We are so grateful, thank you Shelley and Christian!

We contacted Dowle and Sons back in the late fall of 2023 as we discovered a leak during some renovations inside our home. They were recommended to us by a neighbour who had them to their roof.

We knew we needed a new roof but we were not quite expecting it to be at that time and were hoping to make it until the end of summer 2024 to have it replaced. We discovered that we could delay the replacement until early spring with a temporary solution. Christian had offered to come out and tarp the roof for us if our quick fix did not hold up – but it held strong and held up for the spring melt.

Shelley, Christian and the rest of the team at Dowle and Sons were wonderful. Shelley was helpful in helping us select the right colour and dropped off plenty of samples for us to choose from.

On day of the install, the guys were on time, professional and quite quick and efficient. They did the install in one day and had the place all cleaned up by 4pm. They made sure to tarp up anything that could get dirty and/or damaged and it also made it easier to keep the whole property clean. They spent some time talking about the state of our roof and informed us our next replacement we will have to put down some sheeting. Everyone was fantastic, courteous, personable and they even took time to talk with and entertain our kids while they were at it. Not only was the work excellent the price was right too.

Hopefully the business is around when we need a new roof again as they would be our first call. No complaints from us and we highly recommend you give them a shout as well.

I had a major leak causing extensive damage. I was looking for a reputable company to complete the repair and was referred to Dowle & Sons. So glad I found this company! They came out to inspect and tarp the roof until the repair was completed. They did an excellent job, only replaced what was necessary and did not try and upsell unnecessary work. Once complete the job site was cleaned up and left the way they found it. Highly recommend these guys!!!
