Before I chose Superior Steel Roofing Systems, I did extensive research and I talked to many other roofing companies. This company stood out ahead of all the others. It has excellent reviews, been in business for 33 years and is accredited with the BBB with an A+ rating.Rob Barrett, the salesman, explained everything very well to me. He was honest and very competent. I signed the contract because I felt the price was fair for the high quality product. Everything that Rob said would happen, did happen in a timely manner. The job led by Ben, the on-site supervisor, and his crew was excellent from start to finish. They were all hard working, friendly and professional.My wife and I are very pleased with how our new metal roof and have received many compliments. We highly recommend this company.

First, I rarely ever write reviews. The product or service needs to be really bad or really good for me to even take the time to comment. In this case, the product and service were really good!Our goal was to redo the roof so that it would outlast us - even if we decided to move before that. The warranty meant something to us.Nick Habsch talked us through the product features with no BS. We had others try to sell us a new roof but they glossed over any shortcomings. Nick was more upfront and explained things in as much detail as we wanted. We were pleased with the process and felt that the quote was fair - not quite the cheapest but the best value from our perspective.The installation process was very professional with a cleanup each day. It took a couple of days longer than originally anticipated due to some very high wind and heavy rain days. I'm really glad we went this route since I wouldn't have wanted bare plywood on my roof during this weather. Installing over top of the existing roof meant nothing was exposed to the rain and wind. The installers did a great job and were very meticulous in getting things right.Overall, we were extremely pleased with the roof and the entire process to get it installed and paid for. If you neeed a new roof, give Nick a call. I don't think he would steer you wrong.
We had a great experience with Superior. Alain visited promptly from our request for a quote on our old detached garage. He was extremely helpful in explaining what to look for as we compared quotes. The quote was a little bit more than the two others, but he convinced us that a few differences in their approach was worth it, and we liked the overlapping tiles look and colour options.All the admin processing to get us scheduled and deposit paid was quick, easy, and similarly friendly.The installation team was very efficient and good at communicating to us what needed to be communicated. Thanks to some good weather they were able to do most of the work on one Friday with only a couple of days notice, but they didn't have the materials for the standing seam portion ready that fast, so they did have to come back the following Monday. But with it being a detached garage, that wasn't much inconvenience for us and I'd still rather that than waiting for the whole thing on Monday.I'm not an expert but I think it looks quality and really nice. I think it looks particularly cool when it is raining, which is something I never would have considered.When we do the house in a few years, they'll be our first call.
