Will and his team was great! Able to come in last minute and do a repair. We found out through a quick inspection that we needed to replace our entire roof cap. We had a porch leak that needed fixing. From the assessment visit straight through to the repair, everything was great. The owners were reachable and kept in communication about everything. Really happy with the experience and would easily have Roof Ninjas back if future work is needed, and would recommend them for sure.
My partner and I bought a house earlier this year in February and needed the roof replaced shortly after. Roof Ninja was incredible to work with start to finish. They communicated often and effectively, were always available to answer my questions as a first time home buyer, they arrived on time and were very efficient, and lastly were extremely accommodating with billing and the project closeout.I would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat(hopefully not for awhile though :P )
Roof ninja was amazing. They started on time and were very efficient. The set up to protect our house and property was more than I have ever seen, its was the talk of my neighborhood, in end we couldn’t find any old nails or pieces of shingles, the new roof looks amazing, the person in charge kept us updated and went through everything at the end. The company that delivered the shingles said we had the best team there. It was very professional, we are very happy.
Highly recommend Roof Ninjas! I recently purchased a home for the first time and needed the roof replaced. I was unfamiliar with the process, but Roof Ninjas made it very easy and straightforward for me. Their cost was VERY competitive compared to other roofing companies in the area, and their work was high quality. We are very pleased with the end result of our roof. They respond quickly to emails, and the team we had on-site was quite friendly and respectable. They finished the roof in one day, and they did an amazing job of cleaning up after themselves after they were done. If I ever need another roof replaced, I am certainly going with them!
