Castillo Roofing recently installed a shingle roof on my parent’s house and they did a fantastic job. From the bid process to installation and final clean up, Castillo Roofing was respectful, considerate and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company.I got three estimates from three different companies that held good reviews and Castillo Roofing came in with a good priced, competitive offer. Chris Castillo was able to provide us with an estimate pretty quickly. He followed up with us through the decision process, explained the products the company uses and emailed me product information sheets with illustrations of the products.His crew also sent me photos of the progress they were making on the roof throughout the day, since I couldn’t be there. They also provided a good clean up after the job was done and a final walkthrough for quality.There are many roofing companies in the valley that provide a similar product. I know, I called and Googled many of them. Castillo Roofing gave me a quick estimate, offers a 10yr limited leak warranty, they take care of the wind certification so I did not have to hire a separate company for it and they did not require a deposit to get started. Final billing was easy and professional. They provided me with the paperwork needed to present to my insurance company as well. Overall, my parents are happy with their new roof.
