My friend recommended them after they built a patio for them. Rene came out to my house to provide a free estimate for my roof. I recommend this company because they have reasonable pricing, they are professional, and provide quality work and they have been around since 1975. They are bilingual as well.
They were supposed to be here for an estimate on a roof and never showed up. Didn't even bother to call us to reschedule. Poor management, poor customer service.I guess they saw review bc I received a call, and they were ready to head over, but I declined as I had other things to do.
Very good customer service and easy to work with! Rene was very personable and helpful when it came to picking out shingles etc. They arrived bright and early the day they said they would and it was finished within the 3 days I was told. Besides having a beautiful new roof, I would have never know the guys had been here, they cleaned up after themselves everyday and left the property as they found it. I highly recommend them.
If I could give 0 stars I would, a man came into my office today to give a bid on a roof leak we had and he was as rude as they come. I did not get his name or I would put him on blast, maybe it was Mr. Cerda himself (short, big belly, mustache). Anyway, his business thrives on good customer service, all businesses do and if I ever need work done, I can guarantee he won't be on my list. This person needs a class to learn how to talk to customers.
I had the breach and some shingles replaced on my roof and Mr Cerda was quick to provide an estimate and the work was done two days later. I would recommend them.
