Communication from the Staff at main office and field reps (Stephanie & Ethan) was timely, courteous, and helpful from first contact. Great communication and updates up to date before install day.
Day before scheduled installation, received communications from assigned Project Manager (Grady) letting us know what time he and his crew would be arriving. Arrived on time and began work immediately. In at 7:00am and completed by 5:00pm with tear out, replaced some decking, and new shingles installed.
Grady and his crew were very professional.
