After trying to work with several local roofing contractors to navigate our insurance issues to replace our roof, we were told to call Mike from Nexgen Roofing. From the start, Mike stood out for his knowledge of the homeowners insurance claim process. He guided us through every nuance with clarity and confidence, making a frustrating experience much more manageable.

Mike maintained constant communication, keeping us updated on the status of our claim and ensuring we understood each step. He was also incredibly flexible and proactive, making sure the roof was completed in time for our home inspection—a huge relief during a stressful time.

What truly sets Nexgen apart is Mike’s transparency, honesty, and strong reputation with insurance companies. While most of the insurance claim process was difficult, Mike was the one bright spot.
