Palmetto Pride Roofing did a fantastic job replacing our roof and making sure everything was done right. Brantley, the Senior Project Manager, was always friendly and quick to reply to my questions. Randall, the Project Manager, kept in touch with us and checked in often to make sure the roof replacement was going well. He also went over everything carefully when the job was finished. The roofing crew was polite and made sure to clean up after themselves once the work was done. Overall, it was a great experience and I appreciate the excellent work!

After searching for a roofing company in Hialeah, I came across Palmetto Pride Roofing based on a friend’s suggestion. I needed help with my grandparents’ home and wanted to make sure I picked the right team for the job. Thomas, the estimator, was professional, reliable, and always on time. He kept in touch just like he promised, arrived when expected, and took plenty of time to explain the whole roofing process to us, even chatting with our pets, which we appreciated. The quote was a bit higher than we thought, but it was still very fair compared to other roofers, and the detailed PDF they provided had everything we needed to know. Communication was excellent throughout the project. Julian, the coordinator, made sure our schedule requests and a few changes were handled smoothly. Brantley, the project manager, really knew his stuff about roofs and kept the crew motivated and in good spirits. The roofing crew arrived right on time, worked hard through the heat, and managed to finish the whole roof in just one day. Their cleanup was outstanding—after all this time, we haven’t found a single nail or piece of shingle left behind. My family was so pleased with the results that they’re planning to reach out for their own roof project soon.

We discussed and adjusted the style of shingles, and once we finalized everything, I signed the contract for the job to start the next week. On roofing day, the crew arrived right on time. They brought all the materials needed—shingles, drip edge, and more—so everything was ready to go. Julian met with me before starting and made sure I was comfortable with the plan. By the end of the day, the new roof was finished and it looked fantastic. Julian also walked me through some small details and made sure I was happy with the results. A week later, my roof still looks great, and it really stands out as one of the nicest in my neighborhood.
