was our first time working with Roofing Exteriors Pro for Christmas light installation, and we didn’t know what to expect. What we got was pure holiday magic. Our lights brought joy to our whole family—and to our surprise, something inside of us lit up for the season right along with the house.

Several neighbors stopped by just to tell us how beautiful the lights looked, and in a small but real way, we became part of the winter wonderland in our neighborhood. The team was personable, knowledgeable, communicative, and a true delight to work with.

We are so pleased with the work by Roofing Exteriors Pro. They completed some minor roofing repairs as well as built a new deck on the back of our house. We are beyond impressed with the quality of work completed. The deck is amazing! The work was scheduled and completed on time with no delays. The workers were exceptional. They allowed my husband to introduce them to our dog before starting which eliminated barking and added stress. The entire work crew were professional and skilled in their craft. Mark Hawkins and his team came to assess the damage from a hail storm earlier in the year. I’ve been putting off doing the repairs and doing the insurance claim. He provided an estimate for the damage and we worked with the insurance company and got it completed in a very reasonable amount of time. We love the upgrade of the shutters and our neighbors want to copy us do the same thing to their home.

Roofing Exteriors Pro was top notch. They replaced my deck, siding, windows, and gutters. Every step of the way was made easy by their team.

George demonstrated great patience with me while we I worked through my dream of my renovation. He was always punctual to our appointments and was quick to respond to my questions. I was given a wait time of 6 weeks between paying my first deposit and the start of work. That was the most accurate time estimate I've ever been given by a contractor. Right at 6 weeks, crews were at my house.

Don was my right hand man through the live project. We spoke almost daily when Don would provide me updates on crews' arrivals, job plans, and progress. Any questions I ever had were promptly addressed. Don was also very quick to respond to any of my needs.

Francisco was the super star leader of the crews. He was polite, attentive, and was on site quite a bit. Any question or concern I had throughout the project was also quickly addressed. I was left wanting for nothing.

The crew members were amazing. They were all hard, efficient workers. They were polite and friendly and cleaned up after themselves each day. They exhibited attention to detail and are very skilled in their trades. I wish I could thank them all individually. I can't leave out Ms. Sharon! While we didn't speak many times, anytime I spoke to her about scheduling or billing, she was attentive, cheerful, and a joy to speak to.

From beginning to end Roofing Exteriors Pro made my home renovation a seamless and easy process. They helped me turn a dream of 15 years to a reality. I will absolutely be recommending them to people I know and will most certainly call on them when it is time to replace my roof.
