This is the second time we have contracted with Hasskamp to replace a roof. They are beyond professional and kind. This time they replaced our roof while we were out of town and there was a wind and rainstorm. We would only know they were there because of the beautiful new roof; they cleaned up after themselves so well. Jared was amazingly easy to work with and his communication was great! I would highly recommend their services.

Hasskamp did an amazing job! I am eager to share my feedback about Jarred, the crew, and my overall experience with Hasskamp Roofing LLC.

In 2024 late spring, there was one spot on the ceiling the size of a cereal bowl that nearly disappeared in the summer. Then winter rolled around and it came back along with 2 other spots.

I was connected with Jarred Hasskamp. When Jarred came to do an inspection of the interior he put on those cute boot covers (always a nice touch). Then he checked the exterior where we learned that the roof needed to be repaired and replaced.

Because I didn't know what to expect I asked a lot of questions. What does the work entail? Will I be able to remain in the home? Can my gates be locked overnight? Will entry be needed to the interior? Parking? Hasskamp shows true excellence in communication, mastery of skillful performance, and top notch professional business management skills.

Jarred said, “We would need the driveway clear for our trailer. We will start by tearing off the old shingles and install waterproof underlayment. After the underlayment is installed we will have shingles delivered on the rooftop and start installing shingles. You are able to stay home or leave it is totally up to you. Some customers don't mind the noise and some decide to leave for the day if it's too loud. I will start on December 4th and plan to finish by the following weekend.” (this projection was right on point)

“We prefer to have you park on the street as the trailer will take up the driveway. We also don't want to damage any vehicles when throwing material into the trailer. We typically would not need access inside unless we have to do work in the attic. If we need access I will let you know and we can schedule that with you. Gates can be locked as long as we have access during work hours. We typically work from 8am-4pm.”

I replied, “Thank you, Jarred! I appreciate the explanation! It means a lot to me that you addressed all of my concerns and questions. I appreciate you explaining the reasons and giving details for the how, why, and what. You are direct and thorough, which is awesome! Your advice and suggestions are validating, conscience, and acknowledging of me and my possible perspectives. This gives me clarity and understanding so I can be best prepared.”

When the project was underway, I spoke to an employee named Eloy, at the end of a workday. He is an amazingly hard worker, very professional, compassionate, personable, and overall, an experienced laborer! In conversation, what really shone through was his pride in working for Hasskamp and how well the employees are treated. He complimented the company for being so understanding, flexible, and reasonable. Additionally, the appreciation, gratitude, and confidence he has for the crew he works with (which is one of three crews at Hasskamp).

I texted Jarred, “You guys are working really hard. Very effective and efficient crew. Top notch professional operation. Touching base and keeping me updated is something I really appreciate.”

They repaired the wood that had been wet and rotten from the leak. They replaced all of the waterproof underlayment and all the shingles. When the job was completed. They wrapped up, got packed, and ventured on to the next [Like they were never here].

Overall Hasskamp is an amazingly skilled and competent company! I had the pleasure of talking with two people (Jarred and Eloy). They are very hard working and have superior customer relation skills. I stayed informed. Every question or concern I had was timely answered and addressed. They managed to do everything in a matter of a couple days (in winter)! They are very respectful and accommodating. They understand the industry and are a true asset. They have compassion and are committed to providing an exceptional service!

Jarred even came by two months later, to do a follow up, and see if I had any questions! Unmatched superior quality! Thanks again Jarred and Hasskamp Roofing LLC!! The roof is holding up beautifully, and surely will be, for many decades to come!

We have had contractors work on our house before and had issues with the workers.
