We bought a house that had had a new roof put on by SA Roofing just a couple of months before. After buying the house, we had the gutters cleaned, and the gutter people said there was a ton of debris in the gutters. And a kickout or lockout flashing that wasn't installed came up in the inspection. I contacted SA Roofing and they came out and fixed the flashing. The gutters may have had debris in them, but SA Roofing wasn't able or willing to flush that out. We did appreciate them standing behind their work, and fixing the flashing. Would we use them? Well, they did stand behind their work. Appreciate that. I hope they improve the cleanup for future jobs, because it would suck to have my gutters jammed up. So probably good to use them, just ask about that?
SA roofing installed a new roof for us in September 2024. The did a very good job and the price was competitive. Devon the project coordinator was very good about communicating with us and Francisco the crew foreman was also responsive and helpful. Overall we are very satisfied with the new roof and process. Recommended.
I would give more than 5 stars if possible! Devon was awesome to work with; Excellent communication throughout, honest and upfront, friendly. The crew showed up when expected and even worked through the weekend to finish the job. Pricing was competitive and the end product looks great. I will absolutely recommend SA and Devon to friends and neighbors.
SA Roofing has been a great company to work with. I had seen the quality of their work in Rockaway Beach for my parents new roof. When I met with Devon, he asked me what I was looking for in a contractor and I didn’t have a specific answer. He sent me a contractor checklist that was spot on with what you should be looking for in a contractor. Devon helped me with my choice of shingle color and added that there was a small tax incentive connected with the one I chose. if you are looking to have your roof replaced, I highly recommend SA Roofing.
