He was able to work with the insurance company to assure coverage for a new roof.
The work was efficient and completed in two days. Clean up was thorough.
The new roof looks great.
My only minor complaint was with the office staff after the job. They had a difficult time getting billing correct at first. But, after contacting the owner again, that problem was quickly resolved.

This review is regarding JWRoofing. If you want a quality ,new roof then read this. This is a wonderful company starting from the owner Nathan Robert , office staff and the roofing crew! Nathan demonstrated patience , pleasantness and professionalism to us given that this process is new to us. He took a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. He is well experienced with this and fortunately came through during our discussion. The office staff is great as well!!! They ,too ,are pleasant , calm, personable and experienced.The company is clearly respectful. Fortunate for us the roofing crew was Ishmael’ s Crew ….who by the way…is know as the Best Crew!! These men are super hard -working and work so well together. They are punctual , tireless and respectful to us and our property . This was a good experience generated by a good, well- running company.

He stayed in touch from start to finish and was readily available to answer any question that came up along the way. You can tell from the moment they start. In my experience, most roofing companies are the same—once you’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all. But I can’t say that about JW Roofing. These guys worked tirelessly to remove and replace my roof with care and precision.

Josh is personable and welcoming, and I noticed he took the time to make sure no debris was left behind—not even in the flower beds! That kind of attention to detail is rare. What I saw wasn’t just a new roof going up, but a company delivering exactly what they promised. Great people, great work, and a company that truly stands out.
