Amazing company . Fast service .Did my house and storage with metal roof and the company took care of it so fast it was incredible.Permit was closed day after they finish the work. Always left site clean .I recommend them 100%.
Victory Roofing has been a pleasure to work with. They stand behind their work, and everything has been on schedule as promised! I would highly recommend this company for all your Roof repairs, or new rood needs! THE BEST!!!!
Very fast and easy process. Got in touch with a guy named David and he took care of me very well. They also have a program with zero down and zero payments for a year. Makes the process easy of getting it done. Permits and everything came fast and the roofers were even faster. They were only there for maximum two days of doing everything. Replaced all the wood, new shingles and new facia boards. Everything looks amazing, and definitely recommend this company.
Firstly let me just say the final result is mostly excellent. Other than some odd choices with the ends of the metal panels our roof looks great. But there's some finer details along the way that prevent them from being 5 stars. One of them is they left our roof uncovered during a tropical storm and we got water leaks in the house which resulted in me having to get into the attic and place buckets. I had asked them ahead of time if the storm was cause for concern and they assured me that the water proof paper would be fine.Second, they originally tried to charge 300 per roof vent to be installed. If you look up the price if a gooseneck vent they are 50 bucks, likely even less if you are a contractor. I found this mark up to be silly. I finally talked them down to 200 but I had a family friend get them installed for less than that from their roofer. I only agreed to price because I felt installing them after the fact would make them not look as good.Third, they have been unresponsive since I paid the final bill. I had asked them a question about how they handled the ends of the metal panels, they don't look like any of the metal panel ends I've seen on other metal installations but they just ignored me. I feel like they find me annoying so they figure why reply. They claim to warranty their work but with them ghosting you after you pay I have concerns how that will actually work. I emailed them twice and then when that didn't work I tried calling and leaving a voicemail but still no reply. In terms of the interior damage from the tropical storm, they did come out and paint the ceiling so I do appreciate that. Overall the roof turned out great, no leaks and other than the ends of the panels it all looks great. I have no doubts about this roof lasting many many years. Hopefully rust will not be an issue but I am already noticing small rust spots on their strangely cut metal ends. The price was better than any of the others that we got quotes from, however I might be more inclined to go with someone else just because of the issues I mentioned.
Nas (Nasief) visited with me several times to evaluate the property and produce a bid for my metal roofing project. He was personable, professional, and very responsive. He answered all my questions regarding the contract representation, materials to be used, and set my expectations on a realistic timeline to project completion. In fact, he was the main reason I decided to offer the contract to Victory E&I Roofing - I thought I could TRUST him! I went through every single page and paragraph of the contract with him - multiple times - and he hung in there :-)Shelly Osman, Project Manager, was available to me via email and phone. She, too, was very cordial, responsive, and professional. She assisted me with all the required documents and kept me updated on the activities and progress of the project. I manage many projects myself so I know that one of the keys to success is timely and honest communications with customers.Omar and his team did a superlative job with my metal roof installation. He has a very pleasant demeanor, he was professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. They worked on my roof with keen attention to details -as if it was their own.Of course, I thoroughly researched to company, Victory E&I Roofing, before I extended a contract to them. SunBiz.Org, Consumer Affairs, and BBB all came up clean. The online reviews, when taken into proper context, were glowing!Everyone with whom I interacted, including the metal fabricators, were great. I am very pleased with the job they did. My neighbors and passersby are also very impressed!Oh, yes, the price! Pricing, based on industry standard, was very attractive.
