When I first contacted your representative, “Mr. Jason Freeman”, it was because SOCO had just finished roofing my wife’s sister and brother-in laws house, their names are Jimmy & Margie Black, and my brother in law knew we were needing a new roof and told me I should give you guys a call. We had some damage from a storm so I had asked my brother in law what he thought about SOCO and he was very pleased with the work that Jason’s crew had done. Jason came out and we went over what all would be done in the process concerning our house, he then got everything going. The problems that we had were completely out of our insurance company, “State Farm”, non out of you guys and Jason stood by us the whole time even, talking to them with me concerning the damage. I had also gotten an estimate from another roofing company as well and they also said the same things that Jason had told me concerning the condition of our roof but Jason stayed in there with us. I will say now, that I’m not only pleased with SOCO but that I feel I’ve also gained a friend in Mr. Freeman, he’s a really good man. He stuck by us for nearly 2 years as we went around and around with State Farm and two inspections on our home. The work, once started went great, the crew was great, courteous, cleaned up as best they could, we are very pleased and yes we will be recommending SOCO to others who might be in need of a new roof. Logan and SOCO roofing did an amazing job. Initially my insurance company denied my hail damage claim. Logan stuck with me and after a secondary inspection my insurance company agreed to a full roof replacement. Logan was great at communicating and remained engaged throughout the entire process. The cleanup after was phenomenal. I haven’t found a single nail or any other debris. This and the overall job they did left me as a very satisfied customer. I would definitely refer them to fellow neighbors and friends.

From start to the finish everyone was super efficient and pleasant. The roofers were great to clean my yard after the project was finished. They worked hard the entire time they were there and were very friendly. David kept me up to date as the project developed and was super helpful and reliable. I can’t say enough good things about this company!
