Struggles to identify and fix leaks due to lack of genuine effort or ability. Not sure which. Sadly we fixed our own leak after we were charged over $400 and who knows how much they charged the previous owner for the same leak.
I called to get an estimate to have a leak around my chimney fixed. Adam showed up to see what the problem was, and he was very friendly and professional. They quoted me a very fair price to seal around the chimney and add flashing for protection. It was fixed in a timely manner and looks very nice! I will be using them in the future.
Where should I start…. Barely talked to anyone and was in the dark about what was going on. Completely missed a broken truss n when I told them they said too late get a different contractor to do it. My roof has leaked ever since they did it and then had the nerve to come tell me it was from the masonry work deteriorating in chimney when it never leaked before. Listen, I played little league for these guys and my dad did advertising with them for years so I thought it was a reputable company. Tell ya what…. They’re not!
Great to work with. Came out and did an amazing job on an extremely small job for us just a few days after the big wind storm! Went above and beyond what another roofing company had let me down on all Summer and Fall. Highly recommend this team of professionals!
