Francisco went above and beyond—providing a full roof assessment with video as part of the quote, walking us through how to best prepare for future solar installation, and sending daily progress updates throughout the project.

The roof was completed in just five days and all permits and inspections were handled seamlessly. His crew was respectful, detail-oriented, and mindful of our neighbors—something we truly appreciated being new to the neighborhood.

Without a doubt Francisco is the real deal! Even though he's young, no reason to be concerned by that. Truly great business ethics in every way.
Other reviews referenced how he did no upcharges from his original estimate. My roof had an extreme amount of unseen extra labor involved (I'm not even going to say how many sheets of plywood were shot that they replaced.) His crew were all very professional every step of the way. Every fine detail, it was obvious, mattered to them. Wonderful!
The place was left immaculately cleaned up upon completion.
Had narrowed down to Fox and one other contractor. Ended up being thoroughly blessed that Fox was who I went with
