Cory Chandler

I had to get some minor work done on my roof and after getting two very pricing estimates, the team at CS roofing walked me through a no-nonsense proposal that did what I needed at a better rate. They communicated well, worked quickly and completed the job while I was out of state. Great experience.

I was very happy with CS Roofing. The extra help with the financing and the communication were wonderful. The crew mostly kept to themselves, but the people I did get a chance to talk to were wonderful and friendly. Everyone was professional and seemed *really* hardworking. The only hitch, which was hardly a hitch for me, was the couple of plants I have around the house. They did their best to protect them, but my hostas got a little squished. They weren't damaged, they popped right back up after a few days. I only say this as a bit of a warning. If you have landscaping that you care about, take measures to protect it from falling debris yourself because these guys have so much else to worry about and they can't guide every single piece of shingle every time. As I said, they did take measures to protect it, but it took my hostas looking a little sad for a few days for me to realize that it was really my responsibility to begin with. Oh, and they were incredibly thorough in the clean up! I have yet to find anything in my yard and it took me weeks to get this review up!

We had CS Roofing clean and repair our existing gutters and they did a great job. Good communication, on time, efficient work. We especially appreciated that they did not try to sell us new gutters.
