Our sales rep is Casper Pitts, he knocked on our door one day and asked to do a free inspection, he told us he could work with our insurance to get a new roof, and he did, he was right there the entire time the insurance adjuster was inspecting our house we are very satisfied, Casper is very knowledgeable of the entire process, he answered our calls promptly and answered our questions completely.
