Kristian Harrell came to our house when we called Southern Roofing to speak with a representative about a new roof. He and Noah Jones thought we had enough damage to file a claim with our insurance company, but the claim was denied. They worked tirelessly with us to order the roof we needed. We cannot say enough about the team who replaced our roof in 6 hours! They cleaned up afterward and left our yard as it was when they arrived. I am a very happy customer with Rhynne Potts and southern Roofers. I contacted.other companies for estimates and got nothing, not even a follow up. But when I contacted Southern Roofers Rhynne showed up within the hour and started a claim. With my insurance company. But to be disappointed by the insurance company whom I have had over 20 years without them ever have to pay out Rhynme went over and beyond with them. So with that being said we had to pay out of pocket. I would recommend you guys for anyone who is looking for such a professional experience like I received.
