Garcia & Sons Roofing Company

Here is your rewritten review, following all your requirements: This was our first time hiring Garcia & Sons Roofing Company and we would gladly work with them again. What really stood out to us was their excellent communication—any time we had a question, we got a quick response. With so many contractors being hard to reach these days, it was refreshing that Dwayne got back to us right away and even met us at our home the very next day. After the initial meeting, their roofing and gutter specialists provided different options and helpful advice, which actually made the project even more efficient and gave us great value in the end. We had all our old siding replaced, soffits and fascia repaired, and new gutters installed. Signing the contract was easy and all the plans were clear and even included 3D digital views of the work. The crew started the job sooner than expected, worked quickly, and always kept the area tidy. Throughout the whole process, James, our project manager, was always available by text and made sure to meet us on site whenever we had questions. He offered useful suggestions and made us feel included every step of the way. There was a minor issue with some accidental damage, but James handled it right away and fixed it better than before. We truly felt like partners rather than just clients. Even though our roofing job wasn’t huge, we felt important and appreciated. The quality of work was fantastic and the whole team was professional and respectful. The company uses modern technology, has a strong support team, and coordinates everything smoothly—including handling permits and any utility company needs. Their prices might be a bit higher, but the service, transparency, and peace of mind made it worth every penny. After the work was finished, they even sent someone to clean up the yard and make sure there were no nails or scraps left behind—so our kids and pets could safely play outside. It’s rare to see that level of care. By the end of the job, we felt the value matched the investment perfectly. Dwayne, James, and Brody were all friendly, respectful, and treated us like family. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer. It’s also nice to know this company is locally owned and supports the community through different projects and local events. We look forward to working with them again on future home improvements!

From the start, I was a bit unsure since my HOA has a specific process for getting roof work approved, and I was worried that getting my new skylight ordered and installed might take longer than expected. But Brody and James were very professional, patient, and clearly experienced when it comes to working with HOAs. They knew exactly what paperwork I needed, filled it out, and got it back to me right away so I could submit everything to my association. The crew that handled the installation was respectful and worked carefully both inside and outside my home, making sure the skylight was put in perfectly. I’m really happy with how smoothly everything went and would definitely recommend Garcia & Sons Roofing Company for anyone needing roofing work done.

Where do i start? years ago, my mother had her roof replaced by this roofing company, and they really did an outstanding job. they were very courteous, gave an honest estimate, and showed real respect to my mother during the whole process, from start to finish. at a time when it was hard to find trustworthy roofers, their team stood out for their fair pricing and quality work, unlike others who did poor jobs and charged too much. we made the mistake of using a different roofing company for our own home and had issues for years because of it. recently, we decided to go with this roofer for a full roof replacement, including new venting and six skylights. we couldn’t be happier with the results this time. james and his crew handled every step perfectly, from the estimate to tarping the roof while we waited for materials, keeping us informed, and making sure everything was clean and tidy after the job. their communication was excellent, and they respected our home and our time, even when they needed access for inside work while i was working from home. there was a lot of extra repair needed due to the old poor-quality work, but james made sure to explain everything and went the extra mile to get it right. even the owner stopped by to check on things and always asked about my mother, which shows how much they care about their customers. this is a truly top-notch, locally owned company that cares about our community. we fully support them and recommend them to anyone needing roofing work. several of our neighbors have already asked about our new roof, and we’re happy to share our positive experience. their service is truly appreciated.

I want to highly recommend Garcia & Sons Roofing Company! They replaced our roof after we had some hail damage, and the whole process was really easy and stress-free. James from the crew took care of everything with our insurance, so we barely had to do anything. We only spoke with the insurance adjuster a few times—James managed the rest and got us approved for a full roof replacement, brand new gutters, and even a new garage door. If you need a reliable roofer who takes care of all the details, this is the team to call.

We’ve had this roofing company handle several metal roof repairs at our home in Union City, mostly to fix leaks caused by poor work from previous roofers. Recently, they did an excellent job reflashing a complicated skylight on our A-frame roof. Dwayne came out to give us an initial assessment and was very courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Throughout the process, the team kept us updated and made sure we understood what was happening. When it came time for the actual repairs, the crew was always on time, professional, and got straight to work. They answered all our questions and clearly have a lot of experience with roofing in the NJ area. The quality of their work has always been great, and we appreciate how reliable they are. While their prices may not be the lowest, the quality and peace of mind are well worth it. Another thing we liked was that the workers were respectful—they didn’t smoke or play loud music on the job. We highly recommend this roofing company to anyone in Union City looking for dependable roof repairs or installations.
