From my initial phone call with Claudia and by the time James and his crew left my house was nothing more than phenomenal service. If you’re a homeowner in New Jersey, consider yourself lucky right now if your roof is not leaking or your pipes are not freezing from this Arctic tundra weather we’ve been having recently. Due to this iceberg that was sitting upon my kitchen roof that gets very little sun came with some unexpected waterfalls and I don’t even live near Niagara. Immediately panicking I reached out to about 10 roofers in my area to which half of them if not more directly said you need a new roof without even coming to look at. The other half said wait for it to melt and then we’ll come take a look..Umm excuse me what? While on the phone with Claudia she was able to pull up my location on Google maps to pinpoint the exact roof that needed help. No sneaky sales tactics and gimmicks behind this phone call. I was able to send pics and videos via text to give them more footage of the roof and not once did they say wait for it to melt then call us back. Within a few days (due to more artic unworkable weather) James and the crew showed up, got rid of the iceberg, patched up the leakage and even helped fix a broken bathroom window that was accessible from the roof. Beyond professional is surely an understatement. I can’t thank Claudia and James enough for their help and I look forward to working with them again once the weather gets nicer. I had an issue with shingles on my roof which were detached because of a defect. James from UBL came out and explained what was wrong and also identified other minor issues which he clearly explained to me as to what the issues were. Claudia and James were also super easy to schedule with and took a lot of time to explain what the issue was and even explain the overall design of my roof. Will definitely work with them in the future too !
